My Story
Hi my name is Janice Helton. I am a stay at home mom, substitute teacher, and love meeting new people. I joined Scentsy in May 2018. I have been looking for another opportunity to do direct sales. I discovered Scentsy a couple of years ago when I received free product from a raffle from an event at my daughters school they were having. I fell in love with my Remember to stop and chase the butterflies warme and Baked Apple Pie scent wax. My husband was at one of his clients (Debbie Pitts Palmer) house for Vivint to fix her camera and they started talking about the business. . He called out the name Scentsy name on the label. He told her that I had left another company and was searching for something else to get involved with. We were already using Scentsy products in our home at the time. My husband gave her my information so we could connect on Facebook. She sent me a message letting me know that she just spoken with my husband. Then she sent me more information about Scentsy. My husband was at her house Wednesday and I joined the team the next day on Thursday. I have been pushing myself to reach my shooting star level before 15 days. I set up a Scentsy fan page and have been reaching out to everyone letting them know about my new business. I am also shooting to get promote to Certified this month. My Sponsor Debbie Palmer Pitts lives in Trussville, Alabama and has been coaching and guiding me ever since. I had my first order placed right after I added it to my work life on Facebook. I then put in my 2nd order last night. If I put my mind to achieve a certain goal, I will work very hard at doing so. I joined Scentsy because I can meet some new people and share with them my love for fragrances. I love different smells, sprays, and with Scentsy there are so many to choose from and so many different products too. My favorite one that I fell in love with was Baked Apple Pie. Who doesn't love their house to smell like they just baked an pie in the oven? I also like about the products that they are good quality, and simple to manage. Scentsy for me is going to be another way for me to bring in extra income for my family and work towards our dream vacation one day.
